Australia Day

Hi Everyone…

Here it is Australia Day. It certainly doesn’t feel like Australia Day being only 6 degrees celcius and raining, but i am making the most of it. This morning at the shop at 9am we had a New Balance Product Knowledge session with the NB Rep. So everyone had a breakfast of Freddo Frogs, Caramello Koalas, Cheesymite Scrolls from Cobs Bread (which is the Bakers Delight Franchise) and of course Coopers Sparkling Ale.

I have just got home for a run with Laura. A nice easy one as it took at least 20 minutes for the beer, coffee, and chocolate to settle. It was a little wet but nothing to bad. Anyway tonight we are hitting the town for Australia Day at either one of two venues. Yet to be determined.

Just to let you all know that there is no outdoor barbie and no sun to enjoy a traditional Australia Day. All that HOT weather back home is making me jealous.

More soon on how the night unfolds… But now it’s time for a Vegemite Sandwich!!
